Electricity is BS

The price is.
I just got my PG&E bill. $0.38 per kwh. WTF!!
My natural gas is $1.23 per therm, or equivalent to  $0.042 per kwh.
I don’t know how efficient a natural gas generator is, but even at 20% efficiency that still works out to $0.21 per kwh, and I could use the waste heat to heat […]
