Methamphetical/Methamphetically - Attempting to generate the illusion of leadership by rapidly oscillating between bursts excessive bravado and paranoid accusations, as in: The division VP tried to motivate our department with a methamphetical display of idiocy.

Obstruction Management: The art/science practiced by inept project sponsors to ensure that projects go overbudget and bust schedules by requiring that superfluous and ambiguous tasks be completed by project engineers. Examples include “forecasting productivity”, “managing project quality”, and “implementing value improvement practices”. Time wasted on these tasks ultimately cause projects to go overbudget and bust schedule, because engineers are unable to spend any time actually executing the actual project tasks, like design, procurement, construction, commissioning.
